Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times for physical orders is approximately 14 business days, reflecting the bespoke nature of our pet portrait products. We dedicate the necessary time to personalize and craft each order to the highest standards. Following artwork approval, orders undergo physical production, typically taking 3-5 days. This duration may be slightly extended during high sales period.

Please be aware that any issues with your order, such as requiring a new pet photo, will naturally prolong production. We provide every customer with an artwork proof for approval before printing. Your prompt approval will allow us to ship the order sooner!

All orders come with tracking, and you'll receive your tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Opt in for SMS updates at checkout to stay informed about your order’s shipping and delivery updates.

During peak holiday seasons (November/December), anticipate possible delays as our couriers manage an increased volume of deliveries.

Shipping is $10, free for orders $100 and above

Transit time estimates are as follows:

  • USA: 4-6 business days
  • Canada, Australia, UK: 5-7 business days
  • Europe: 6-10 business days

Important Notes:

  • Our Priority Queue option expedites artwork creation by moving your pet photo to the front of the queue for our artists. Please note that this does not accelerate courier shipping time.
  • Any address or pet photo changes must be made within 30 minutes after the purchase. Review your confirmation email promptly and reach out if adjustments are needed. Changing your pet photo will naturally extend production time.
  • Artwork proofs needs to be approved within 3 days (72 hours). The artwork will auto-approval and go into printing if we don’t hear back.

Ensure the shipping address is accurate. To comply with carrier regulations, we only ship to valid street addresses. P.O. Boxes or Military addresses are not accepted. Orders with undeliverable addresses will be discarded. Reach out to us with any question before placing your order. Re-orders are needed if your first order was discarded. Before re-ordering, please verify the shipping address and that the shipping location can accept packages of the size of the order.
