We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your portrait.

If your parcel, including prints and frames, arrives damaged, don’t worry—all parcels are insured. Simply send us a photo of the damaged items and the exterior of the parcel, along with your order number. We will send a free replacement out to you right away.
For any questions about refunds, returns, or other issues, please contact us and we will respond as promptly as possible. Depending on your bank and payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in the account of your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at support@museandmass.com.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If you need to make changes to your order, such as updating the shipping address, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, we cannot change the shipping address once your order has shipped. For any changes prior to artwork approval, please contact us as soon as possible.
